Shipping Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2025
We work hard to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Because some of our products are large and made to order, we may use ocean freight for oversized items. Typical delivery times are outlined below.
- Processing and production
- In‑stock small items: Usually ship within 1–3 business days.
- Made‑to‑order/oversized items: Production and packing may take 5–15 business days depending on specifications and queue. We’ll email you an estimated ship date.
- Delivery timeframes
- Ocean freight (oversized/large items): Approx. 26 days transit time after dispatch. This window covers port handling, ocean transit, and domestic delivery from the port.
- Small items (parcel carriers): Approx. 14 days total delivery time after dispatch.
- Typical experience: Many orders arrive in about 7 days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
Note: Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs/port congestion, and peak season surges.
- Shipping methods and carriers
- Small parcels: Ship via major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS or similar) with tracking.
- Oversized items: Ship via LTL freight or consolidated ocean freight with final mile delivery.
- Signature: An adult signature may be required for high‑value or freight deliveries.
- Rates and free shipping
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and method.
- Promotional free‑shipping offers apply to eligible products and addresses; freight surcharges for remote or hard‑to‑access locations may still apply.
- Freight/ocean delivery steps (oversized items)
- Scheduling: The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment once your shipment reaches the local terminal.
- Access: Please tell us about stairs, gates, or limited access. Standard freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/white‑glove service can be quoted on request.
- Inspection: Before signing, inspect packaging on all sides. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Tracking and notifications
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking. Freight and ocean shipments may use multiple tracking references (container, bill of lading, and final‑mile PRO number).
- Status updates: If your tracking appears paused at a port or terminal, that’s normal during handoffs. We monitor progress and can assist if delays occur.
- Address changes and delivery holds
- Before shipment: We can update addresses at no charge.
- After shipment: Reroutes, holds, or storage fees may be charged by the carrier, especially for freight shipments.
- International shipping
- Our primary service area is the United States. If you need delivery outside the US, contact us for a custom quote and timeline (duties/taxes may apply).
- Packaging and discretion
- We use neutral labels and discreet descriptions. Product names are not printed on the box.
- Oversized freight is packed in reinforced cartons or on pallets for safe transit.
- Delays and force majeure
- Weather, port congestion, customs inspections, strikes, or carrier network issues can extend delivery times beyond estimates. We’ll keep you updated and work to minimize impact.
- Lost, damaged, or missing items
- Small parcels: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. Then email us for help.
- Freight deliveries: Note any damage on the bill of lading at delivery and photograph the issue. Email us within 7 days so we can file a claim and arrange replacements.
- Split shipments
- To get part of your order to you sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
- PO boxes and special addresses
- We cannot deliver freight to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address. Parcel shipments to PO boxes may be limited by carrier rules.
