We aim to make checkout simple, secure, and discreet. Below are the payment options we currently accept in the United States.

  • Security: Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
  • Statements: Your statement will show a neutral descriptor tied to our corporate name.

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Available on compatible devices and browsers.
  • Shop Pay or similar accelerated checkouts: Save details securely with the provider for faster repeat purchases.
  1. PayPal
  • Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card.
  • Please ensure your PayPal shipping address is correct; we ship to the address provided in the order.
  1. Buy now, pay later (if available)
  • Providers: Affirm, Klarna, or Shop Pay Installments (availability varies by cart value and location).
  • Terms: Subject to approval by the provider. Late fees or interest may apply—review their terms during checkout.
  • Returns and refunds: We process refunds to the provider; your installment plan is adjusted by them.
  1. Bank transfer / ACH (for large orders)
  • Availability: For orders over a defined threshold or business/bulk purchases.
  • Process: Contact info@bdsmunion.com for an invoice and instructions. Orders ship after payment clears.
  • Notes: Transfers must be sent from an account in your name. Include the invoice number in the memo.
  1. Gift cards and store credit
  • Redemption: Enter your code at checkout. Multiple codes can be combined if supported by the platform.
  • Balance: Any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
  • Non‑transferable: Treat gift cards like cash; we cannot replace lost or stolen cards without proof of purchase.
  1. Sales tax and currency
  • Currency: All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Tax: Collected where required by law and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
  1. Discreet billing and privacy
  • Neutral descriptors: We use neutral billing descriptors and do not include explicit product terms in communications.
  • Data handling: Payment details are handled by compliant processors; see our Privacy Policy for more information.
  1. Payment security and fraud checks
  • We may use automated and manual checks to prevent fraud (e.g., AVS/CVV, IP signals). If additional verification is needed, our support team may contact you via info@bdsmunion.com.
  • Orders may be canceled and refunded if verification fails.
  1. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Cancellations: In‑stock orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Custom/made‑to‑order items may have stricter rules—see our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Refund timing: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or provider may take 3–10 business days to post funds.
  • Split payments: If you used multiple methods (e.g., gift card + card), refunds are applied back to each method proportionally.
  1. Payment issues and troubleshooting
  • Declines: Verify card details, billing ZIP, and available funds. Try a different card or wallet, or contact your bank to lift a security block.
  • Duplicate charges: Some banks show temporary authorizations. These usually drop within a few days. If a duplicate settles, contact us.
  • Currency/limits: We charge in USD. International cards may incur foreign transaction fees set by your issuer.
  1. Purchase orders and business accounts (by approval)
  • We can support POs for qualified business customers. Email info@bdsmunion.com with your company details and order list to get set up.
  • Net terms may be available after review.
